All exercises will have a video tutorial and proper form guidance. In addition, proper movement prep/ warmups to perform prior to each training session is also included. Everyone who joins this program will start at the same time, December 2nd! Within the app you will be able to share wins and celebrate one another on accomplishing each workout and/or healthy habit.
